ABOUT US
The Madrone School is a private, non-profit school that provides ABA and educational services in a full-day, year-round program to children with autism in the greater Seattle area. We are a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to the children we serve and our core values of Respect, Empowerment, Commitment, Communication, and Innovation. We are looking for a dynamic BCBA to join our team!

Currently on two campuses, our Redmond campus provides a setting for students who require 1:1 instruction, and our Woodinville campus is home to our Early Learning program and our Classroom Program which focuses on group learning. The current BCBA position is for our Redmond campus, and will serve students ages 7 to 14. Instructional domains across all our programs include: communication/verbal behavior, functional academics, self-management skills, social skills, leisure skills, adaptive skills, prevocational skills, and managing challenging behaviors.
Our BCBAs maintain small caseloads of 5 to 7 clients, work out of our school location (no driving), and maintain full-time, day-time hours (8:00-4:00).
