Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position

ABOUT US

The Madrone School is a private, non-profit school that provides ABA and educational services in a full-day, year-round program to children with autism in the greater Seattle area. We are a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to the children we serve and our core values of Respect, Empowerment, Commitment, Communication, and Innovation.

At The Madrone School, we use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help our students learn and grow in a school environment. Currently on three campuses, our Redmond campus provides a setting for students who require 1:1 instruction, and our two Woodinville campuses are home to our Early Learning Program and our Classroom Program which focuses on group learning. The current BCBA position is for our Early Learning Program and will serve students ages 2 to 8. Instructional domains across all our programs include: communication/verbal behavior, functional academics, self-management skills, social skills, leisure skills, adaptive skills, prevocational skills, and managing challenging behaviors.

Our BCBAs maintain small caseloads, work out of our school location (no driving), and maintain full-time, day-time hours (8:00-4:00). We offer a competitive compensation that is commensurate with experience in the field, paid time off, and generous reimbursement for continuing education.

We are a 501c(3) non-profit organization.
